- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 Crowns of Broccoli
- 1/3 cup of oil (I use olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp of Garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parmesan (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Chop Broccoli into medium chunks
- In a large bowl toss broccoli in oil
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper and toss again
- Evenly spread season broccoli on greased pan
- Bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on crisp you prefer)
- Add parmasian (optional)
- Serve & Enjoy!
